Return/Refund Policy

Cancelations

Canceled orders must be submitted within 5 days of order date.

Once production on your order has started, refunds are not applicable.

Canceled orders are subject to a 3% fee.

Returns 
We do not offer returns on undamaged items, or units ordered in the wrong size.

Refunds are only applicable if the item has arrived damaged or product was manufactured in the incorrect size, due to manufacture error.

Please contact us immediately if a product has arrived damaged due to shipping. We will expedite getting a replacement item sent.

Returns or exchanges will be handled on a "case by case" situation.

Customers have 14 days after receiving items to start a claim on a refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

Refunds (if applicable) 

If applicable, all returns/refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

Exchanges are only applicable on standard size options. Custom sized units do not qualify for exchanges.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 12824 Highway 105 W, Conroe TX 77304.

PLEASE PACKAGE YOUR ITEMS CAREFULLY.

YOU the customer are responsible for damage to the unit during return shipment.

If a return or exchanged item arrives back to us damaged, the transaction is null and void and a refund or exchange is no longer applicable. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
